SW of NYC) and for the greater Brunswick area.  It is a great signal for the industrial market segment of commercial real estate.  But, this is really a greater NYC area and NYC is one of the strongest commercial real estate markets in the US (trailing DC and maybe a couple of other markets.  Unless in the NYC or DC markets, we discourage you from industrial RE unless you know what you are an expert accredited investor in this segment and/or unless you are an owner occupant-TAUGA)
