 (1,300 NEW jobs is a lot in Wichita about a 0.5% increase!  Wichita has been sending positive signs for about 80 days.  It is coming around.  Unemployment in August down to 8.2% a full 1% drop in 12-months.  It is a stabilizing market.  If you are ready and either need or are a professional investor, it is a good time to get in ahead of the smart money.  But, if you do, realize the bottom’s may not be in and there will be choppiness for the next 24-36 months…Good luck-TAUGA)
