(San Antonio appears to be making the turn!  This is a tremendous economic indicator.  Manufacturing jobs are some of the hardest jobs to create.  Green Star’s corporate HQ was already there, but these manufacturing jobs could have gone to Mexico, Arizona or other locations.  And, for the record, Boerne has 10,639 residents in 2009.  For comparison, this is the same as adding 78,800 jobs in NYC-Enough said.
